Ouchy is an AI-powered companion designed primarily around natural voice conversations, with text chat available when you can't or don't want to speak.
Is Ouchy a real person?
No. Ouchy is an artificial intelligence system.
Is Ouchy 18+?
Yes. Ouchy is strictly intended for adults 18 and over.
Can I talk to Ouchy using my voice?
Yes — voice is the primary Ouchy experience.
Can I text Ouchy?
Yes. Text is always there as a fallback.
Does Ouchy remember me?
Ouchy can remember selected information to make future conversations more personalised, depending on your memory settings.
Can I create and edit my own character?
Yes. Character settings remain editable from your account, subject to available functionality and content restrictions. Character age is always 18+.
Can Ouchy have adult conversations?
Ouchy is an adult-oriented service, but not every adult request is permitted. Certain categories are prohibited for safety, legal, payment-network and platform-compliance reasons.
Why did Ouchy refuse something I asked?
Ouchy may refuse requests that violate safety rules, applicable law, or our payment-provider and content requirements.
Can Ouchy replace a therapist or give medical advice?
No. Ouchy is not a therapist or a medical professional and should not be relied upon for diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Profile → Plan. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Can I buy additional voice minutes? Do they expire?
Additional voice minutes can be purchased at any time. The number of minutes, the price and any expiry are always shown before you pay, and purchased minutes are used in addition to your monthly plan allowance.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and is subject to applicable law.
Who operates Ouchy?
Ouchy is operated by THB INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, Bengaluru, India.
Is my conversation private?
Ouchy treats conversations as private user data, but conversations may be processed by technology providers and by safety and security systems necessary to provide the service.
Does Ouchy store my voice?
Realtime voice is processed transiently by default. We store only what is required for functionality, billing, safety and diagnostics, and any recording feature is disclosed with consent before it starts.
