Acceptable Use Policy

You may

• hold voice and text conversations for personal, lawful purposes
• create and edit companions within the content rules (all characters are fictional adults, 18+)
• use memory to personalise your own experience
• export or delete your own data

You may not

• Minors, or persons represented as under 18, in any sexual context — zero tolerance
• Sexual exploitation of minors — zero tolerance
• Non-consensual sexual activity, rape or sexual assault — zero tolerance
• Sexual activity involving a person who is unconscious, incapacitated, drugged, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent
• Incestuous sexual activity
• Sexual activity involving animals or non-human creatures
• Extreme sexual violence, graphic torture, mutilation or sexualised violence
• Trafficking or exploitation
• Sexual content involving real persons without appropriate rights or consent
• Impersonation intended to facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment or exploitation
• Hate-based or discriminatory content
• Illegal activity, or content designed to facilitate criminal activity
• attempt to bypass, probe or disable safety controls, including prompt injection
• share your account, resell access or automate abusive traffic
• submit another person's private information or credentials
• reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service

Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, and where legally required report activity to authorities. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent termination.
