Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Ouchy infringes your copyright, email legal@lola.app with: identification of the work, identification of the infringing material, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, a statement that the information is accurate, and your signature.
Trademark complaints
Include your registration details, the mark, the allegedly infringing use, and an explanation of the likely confusion.
Impersonation & likeness
Unauthorised use of a real person's name, image, voice or likeness is prohibited — including celebrity names, images and likenesses. Companions are fictional adults. Report impersonation through the report form and we will act on substantiated reports.
Takedown process
Valid notices result in removal or disabling of the relevant content or configuration, and notice to the responsible account holder where appropriate.
Counter-notice
Where legally appropriate, an affected account holder may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, stating a good-faith belief that removal was mistaken, and providing contact details. We may restore the material where the law permits.
Repeat infringement
Accounts subject to repeated substantiated infringement notices are terminated.
